First, you need to make sure that your AVAX tokens are staked on the official Avalanche network. If you have staked your AVAX tokens through a third-party platform, you will need to contact that platform to unstake your tokens.

Once you have confirmed that your AVAX tokens are staked on the official Avalanche network, you can follow these steps to unstake them:1. Go to the Avalanche wallet. You can access the Avalanche wallet through the official Avalanche website or through a third-party wallet that supports AVAX.
2. Connect your wallet to the Avalanche network. If you are using a third-party wallet, you will need to connect it to the Avalanche network before you can unstake your AVAX tokens.
